Dazzle Salon & Spa is a high end salon in the Louisville area. We are located at 2911 S. Hurstbourne Parkway. We offer 3800 square feet of relaxation and pure pampering to all of our guests. Dazzle is currently looking for creative and talented individuals who would like to build a successful career in the hair & spa industry. Dazzle's core values are based on servicing our clients to the best of our ability.  Our business practices follow the Summitt Guidelines and way of thinking.  The Summitt is a business college for our industry supported by Redken.  Dazzle offers a level system for our employees.  Your goals and commissions are set in black and white.  As you accomplish your goals you move to the next level with an increase in pricing and a raise in your commission.  Following your first year of service, Dazzle offers paid vacation days, and and Educational Allowance to use for continuing education.  Dazzle offers educational opportunities on and off site.  Dazzle supplies all products to service your clients.  You are only required to supply your personal equipment.  Working hours are set with your needs in mind.

Salon:

Saturday Salon Manager

Need an Experienced, Trendy Stylist, wanting part-time, possible occassional other days, when owner off. $15/hr.  A great job for the right person, wanting to pick up extra money.

Stylist w/Clientele:

Experienced Stylist wanted with clientele.  55% of weekly earnings guarantee, based on prior year Salon W-2 or Commission for 90 days.

Vacation & Education Pkg after 1 year of employment. 

If Stylist qualifying as Level 4 Stylist, generating $2000+/wk, 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of employment, along with $400 educational credit.

Apprentice Stylist for Associate Program:  

Energetic, the want to make money.  Needs to be dependable, hard-working, and trust worthy.   

Spa:

Massage Therapist:

Need Complete New Staff Immediately!

Degreed w/State License.  50% Commission.  $15/hour guaranteed for 90 days.  Dependable, and timely a must!!!
