Upon registering with Dazzle Salon & Spa, or paying for services, retail, or making a purchase on our website, you will be asked to provide personal information.  This information will include name, address, phone number, and email address.   Your payment information will normally include your credit card number and additional information necessary to conduct a credit transaction for your services, or purchases in our store or on our website.

We will collect this information ourselves through your visit to our salon, or through a third-party credit card processing company.  If using our website, Instant Gift Certificates, this information will be collected by a third-party, "Spa Boom".  Spa Boom will collect this information our our behalf, only as necessary to conduct a transaction.  Dazzle does not hold or store any of this information.  We use Spa Boom to provide much of the underlying technology necessary for our website online gift certificate program.  Spa Boom is a service of Sevence, LLC d/b/a Spa Boom, and their contact information is a follows:
